Job Summary

Senior Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, multi-regional setup. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer and provide active travel consultation towards the business customers, including providing travel details and up-selling of related products. You will provide exceptional service which exceeds client expectations and effectively manage and control all facets of travel arrangements, as requested by our clients.

Location: Mumbai, India
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Have hands on involvement in crew movements, rotation, and disruption handling
- Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties, and visa information
- Respond to the customer promptly and provide the customer with your undivided attention
- Willingly offer assistance to team members within and across teams

About you
- Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
- Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup
- Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
