AI Trainer Technical & Scientific Sales Reps

$21 per hour

Commitment:
Up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities
- Create realistic technical and scientific sales tasks covering discovery, solution mapping, demonstrations, proposals, and customer recommendations.
- Develop scenarios involving prospecting, customer needs discovery, solution positioning, objection handling, and account growth.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy, commercial relevance, solution fit, and practicality.
- Review technical sales recommendations and customer communications.
- Apply evaluation rubrics and incorporate expert feedback to improve task quality.

Requirements
- 3 8 years of experience in technical or scientific sales, solutions consulting,



or related customer-facing roles.
- Relevant background in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or another technical discipline.
- Proven experience conducting discovery conversations and understanding customer requirements, challenges, workflows, and decision criteria.
- Solid ability to assess solution fit, explain complex products, and address technical objections.
- Experience creating realistic tasks involving technical discovery, solution mapping, demonstrations, proposals, and customer recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and written English skills.
