Role: HR Manager
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (WFO)
Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Est/Pst Hours)
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Budget: Open / Best in Industry (Negotiable based on experience)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15 Days Max
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling for the night shift team.
* Partner with US-based stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
* Oversee onboarding,



performance management, and retention strategies.
* Maintain workplace culture and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

* Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within a US IT staffing, recruitment, or ITES company.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid decision-making abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
* Comfortable working permanently in US night shifts.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
