Job Description
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
- Support current and future business requirements through effective workforce planning and human capital management.
- Provide HR metrics and decision-support information to management.

Employee Relations
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
- Promote a positive, supportive, and productive working setting.
- Handle employee-related issues through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Identify staffing requirements and support current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.




- Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.

Performance Management
- Oversee and manage the employee performance appraisal system.
- Develop performance management practices that encourage employee productivity and high performance.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers regarding performance-related concerns.

Compensation & Benefits
- Maintain the organization's pay structure and compensation plans.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure proper implementation.
- Review compensation and benefits practices according to organizational requirements.

Training & Development
- Assess employee training and development needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
- Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
