Job Summary

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with 35 years of experience in Chemical and Mattress Foam Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for procurement of raw materials, chemicals, foam production materials, packaging materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely material availability for production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing
- Handle procurement of chemicals, foam raw materials, packaging materials, engineering consumables, and production-related items.
- Float enquiries/RFQs,



obtain quotations, and compare vendor offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO) as per company requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials for production activities.

Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain robust vendor relationships for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and coordinate for timely deliveries.

Inventory & Material Planning
- Coordinate with Production and Stores departments for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory.
- Avoid shortages and overstock situations through effective planning.
- Track pending purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Cost Control & Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends
