Job Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity Development
- Lead brand discovery and research workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning.
- Define brand positioning, purpose, vision, mission, values, and personality frameworks.
- Create brand architecture systems for parent brands, sub-brands, and product portfolios.
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual and verbal brand identities.
Visual Identity Design
- Design logos, visual identity systems, and brand assets.
- Develop typography, color palettes, iconography, illustration styles, and photography directions.
- Create scalable visual systems that work across print and digital applications.
- Establish brand usage guidelines and governance systems.
Brand Documentation
- Create comprehensive brand guideline documents.
- Define tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and communication principles.
- Develop implementation guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.




Marketing & Campaign Design
- Conceptualize and design integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, print collateral, event branding, presentations, and advertising materials.
- Develop campaign visual languages that align with overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create effective communication materials.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Present concepts and rationale to clients.
- Facilitate feedback sessions and design reviews.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Maintain quality and consistency across multiple client accounts.
Creative Leadership
- Lead creative direction across branding, digital, and marketing projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, usability, and business objectives.
