We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to handle customer calls, generate sales leads, follow up with existing customers, and support the retail sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, offers, new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
- Generate sales leads through telecalling and convert leads into store visits and sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update call status.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and offers.
- Invite customers to the store for new collections, promotional events, and special offers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and calling records.




- Coordinate with store sales staff regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collect customer feedback and share important information with the reporting manager.
- Prepare daily calling reports and submit them to the concerned manager.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with every customer.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple customer calls and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good telephone etiquette.
