We are looking for a results-driven
LinkedIn B2B Lead Generation Consultant
who can help us identify, engage, and generate qualified opportunities with decision-makers across our target industries.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on, performance-oriented consulting role focused exclusively on
B2B lead generation through LinkedIn
. The consultant will be responsible for developing outreach strategies, building prospect pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns for:
- IT Services
- Managed IT Services
- Business Support Services

Identify target accounts and key decision-makers across US and other focus markets.





Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to build targeted lead lists.

Create personalized outreach campaigns, including:
- Connection Requests
- InMail Campaigns
- Multi-touch Follow-ups
- Account-Based Outreach

Engage with decision-makers such as:
- CIOs
- CTOs
- IT Directors
- VPs of Technology
- COOs
- Operations Leaders
- Business Owners
- CFOs

Qualify prospects based on predefined ICP and lead qualification criteria.

Generate and schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.

Maintain accurate lead and campaign tracking within CRM systems.

Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversions.

Provide weekly updates on pipeline creation, response rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
