Role Description
The Billing RCM Trainer (Physician & Hospital Billing) is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs on end-to-end RCM workflows, including patient registration, charge entry, coding, billing, payment posting, AR follow-up,



and denials management for physician practices and hospitals. The trainer conducts classroom and floor-based coaching, develops training materials and SOPs, evaluates trainee performance, and provides ongoing refresher sessions to keep teams current with payer guidelines and regulatory changes. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with operations leaders to identify skill gaps, standardizing best practices, supporting recent-hire onboarding, and ensuring that billing teams meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in U.S. Physician and Hospital Billing, including RCM processes, AR management, denials resolution, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS), charge capture, and documentation requirements; exposure to risk adjustment/HCC coding is an advantage.
