Zennsoft Inc. is seeking a
skilled and experienced IT Recruiter – US Staffing
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
W2 , C2C , and full-time hiring
, along with strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms
- Handle W2, C2C, and full-time requirements
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients
- Review resumes, conduct candidate screening, and perform initial evaluations
- Negotiate compensation/pay rates and coordinate the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate information and submissions in the ATS/CRM
- Ensure timely submissions and follow up with candidates throughout the process
? Required Skills Experience
- Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
- Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced recruitment environment
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for niche technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, AI, and Data
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms
- Robust knowledge of the US IT staffing market
