Experience
- 18+ years of overall experience in BPO, Shared Services, Consulting, or Procurement Operations.
- Minimum 12 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations with
500+ FTEs
.
- Experience handling multi-geography delivery teams across
APMEA, Middle East, Europe, North America (NAM), and Latin America (LAM)
.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, or related field.
- Exposure to digital procurement solutions and AI-driven sourcing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Operations Management
- Drive on-time, accurate, and high-quality service delivery within agreed SLAs.
- Manage end-to-end S2P operations across multiple clients and geographies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance requirements.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Excellence
- Identify spend optimization opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives.
- Partner with category management teams to deliver sourcing strategies and procurement transformation programs.
- Drive sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations excellence.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for S2P and Procurement operations.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, including CXO-level leaders.
- Present solutions, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and industry best practices.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
