No Fluff is looking for a Designer to help shape our creative output across the team. Youll design campaigns and assets yourself, set the standard for what "good" looks like, and help other designers do better work along the way. If you love making things and also love making a team better, this role is for you.

We design with psychology in mind; every visual decision is rooted in understanding audience behaviour, emotional triggers, and cognitive response. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a quick-paced, agency-style environment where strategy and creativity go hand in hand.

What You Will Be Doing
The Day-to-Day Magic:- Visual Content Creation - Design high-quality visuals for our biggest campaigns and priority projects.
- Project Prioritisation Help prioritise projects across the team so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Brand Guidelines Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines as the business grows.
- Systems Templates Build templates, workflows,



and a shared design library that make the whole teams work easier.
- Client Representation Represent design in client meetings and explain the thinking behind key decisions.
- Trend Awareness Keep the team aware of new tools, trends, and techniques worth using.
- Quality Control Review work across the team and ensure everything that ships meets a high standard.
- Team Support Support other designers with feedback, direction, and hands-on help when needed.
The Big Picture Stuff:- Campaign Design Support visual execution for ads, marketing campaigns, and social content with performance in mind.
- Cross-Team Collaboration Work alongside strategy and content teams to ensure design output meets campaign objectives.
- Data-Informed Design Use learnings from past performance to improve future visual communication.
- Brand Consistency Ensure visual consistency across assets while staying flexible to campaign
