Job Summary

Summary: Build the people engine behind one of Hyderabads fastest-growing engineering companies. A generalist HR role with real ownership from Day 1 - ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure, a fast learning curve and direct access to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and support roles - sourcing through onboarding
- Post job descriptions across LinkedIn, Naukri and job boards; manage inbound applications
- Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers and hiring dashboards for management
- Coordinate onboarding for current hires - documents, induction schedules, joining kits
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, leave management and HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs - attendance, LOP tracking and variable components
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications
- Comply with Arial Engineerings Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated task requested by the management.




Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive or Recruiter role
- Graduate degree - MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed for hiring
- High attention to detail - accurate in documentation and data management
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Energetic, people-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Job Location : Hyderabad
- Education : Graduate, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Experience : 1 - 2 years
