We Do Effects UK is a London-based creative marketing and advertising agency providing digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, advertising and promotional solutions to businesses across the UK.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Vadodara and support the development of our UK client base.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities for We Do Effects UK and developing relationships with prospective clients in the UK.

You will work closely with our London-based team to identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce relevant services and support the sales process from initial contact through client onboarding.





This is a full-time employment position with a fixed monthly salary and additional performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients in the UK market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
- Contact business owners and key decision-makers to introduce our services.
- Understand prospective clients' marketing and advertising requirements.
- Present suitable services and solutions offered by We Do Effects UK.
- Prepare and communicate proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Support successful client onboarding and handover to the relevant team.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups and sales activities.
