About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Architect
with robust expertise in
real estate project planning, statutory approvals, liaisoning and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of applicable
Development Control Regulations, building regulations, planning norms and approval procedures,
and should be capable of independently coordinating with relevant Government and Statutory Authorities for obtaining project-related permissions and approvals.
This role will involve working closely with the Management, Project, Legal and Engineering teams to ensure that projects are planned, designed and executed in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate
architectural planning and development proposals
for residential and commercial real estate projects.
· Handle
liaisoning and coordination with relevant Government and Statutory Authorities
for project approvals and permissions.
· Coordinate with authorities such as
Municipal Corporation, Town Planning, Development Authorities, Fire Department, Environment-related authorities and other applicable agencies.
· Understand and interpret applicable
Development Control Regulations (DCR/DCPR), building byelaws, planning regulations and development norms.
