Role Description

Infosys BPM is looking for experienced Organization Development professionals to join its dedicated Organization Development (OD)



function under the Human Resource Development umbrella. This role will partner closely with senior business and HR leadership to drive enterprise-wide talent strategies, leadership development initiatives, succession planning, capability-building programs, and career architecture reviews. Given the strategic nature of the role, the incumbent will work directly with leadership teams and act as a trusted advisor in shaping the organization's talent and capability agenda. Therefore, exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Talent Assessment, Workforce Capability Building, or Strategic HR roles.

* Strong exposure to succession planning, competency mapping, talent reviews, assessment centers.

* Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing bus
