Job Summary

Summary: Be the face of Arial Engineerings service promise - on the ground, at client sites, every day. Arial delivers HVAC maintenance and AMC services to hospitals, IT parks, commercial buildings and institutions across Hyderabad. Service Supervisors are the front line of that commitment.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance - fault finding, testing, repair and preventive maintenance
- Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximize operational effectiveness of plant and systems
- Coordinate with specialist OEM service teams for technical requirements
- Inspect condition of services and proactively handle call-outs and repairs as required
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation for all service work
- Keep and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe, serviceable manner
- Proactively work towards continued success of AMC contracts with a positive, client-first approach
- Comply with Arial Engineerings Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated task requested by the management.





Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-5 years in HVAC field service, maintenance or breakdown support
- Working knowledge of VRF, DX systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs and pumps
- Solid fault diagnostic ability - accurate root-cause identification and resolution
- Strong customer-facing skills - professional and courteous conduct on client sites
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical preferred
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
- Job Location : Hyderabad (Client Sites)
- Education : ITI / Diploma preferred, or Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical
- Experience : 2 - 5 years
