Role Summary
We're looking for a B2B Account Manager who will own and manage relationships with our business clients and partners end-to-end. This role is central to driving account growth, ensuring retention, and acting as the key point of coordination between our internal team and external partners/clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder who is equally comfortable on client calls and in spreadsheets tracking account performance.

What You'll Do
Do business development for B2B customers and identify current opportunities to scale B2B business
Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of B2B clients/partners, acting as their primary point of contact
Drive account growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expanding the scope of existing partnerships
Ensure high retention by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining strong satisfaction levels
Coordinate day-to-day operations between internal teams (sales, operations, product/tech) and external clients/partners to ensure smooth execution




Track and report on account health, growth metrics, and key performance indicators, using data to inform decisions and flag risks early
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, client servicing, partner management, or a related B2B sales/growth role
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build trust with external stakeholders
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) to track account health and growth
Solid ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
