A rapid-scaling e-commerce enablement platform operating across India, we empower brands and D2C startups to scale fulfillment, marketing, and operations with tech-driven solutions. Our team builds agile, data-first commerce strategies that drive conversion, retention, and ROI across marketplaces and owned channels. We’re hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Department Manager to lead cross-functional teams and own P&L; accountability for revenue streams.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations of the e-commerce department: marketplace listings, inventory sync, fulfillment workflows, and customer experience across platforms.
Drive revenue growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, listings, and conversion funnels using data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards.
Manage vendor and logistics partner relationships to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost control across 3PL and in-house fulfillment.
Lead cross-functional squads including marketing, tech, and customer support to align on KPIs, launch campaigns,



and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Implement automation tools and process improvements (e.g., Zapier, SKU management systems) to reduce manual overhead and improve scalability.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights, ROI analysis, and growth projections.

Experience with RepricerExpress or similar dynamic pricing tools
Knowledge of e-commerce SEO best practices
Magento or BigCommerce exposure
