Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers.
Coordinate with clients/customers regarding resource requirements, interviews, and employee-related matters.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, Offboarding and other HR activities.




Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, salary inputs, and other required details.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and recruitment trackers.
Support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and administrative activities.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in HR / Recruitment / HR Operations.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Willingness to visit our Hosur customer location twice a month for employee and customer coordination.
