Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee solar projects from initial planning through execution and commissioning, ensuring technical quality, safety, and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ganganagar and involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients to define project requirements, create detailed designs, and manage schedules and resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, reviewing electrical layouts and calculations, monitoring installation activities, and resolving engineering issues in the field.

The Project





Engineer will track project progress, support quality checks and inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also requires clear communication of project status, risks, and technical insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong project engineering and electrical engineering skills to manage solar system design, technical evaluations, and commissioning activities.
- Project management and project planning skills to organize timelines, allocate resources, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee execution.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients, and to present technical information clearly.
- Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, grid integration, and applicable standards and safety practices.
- Ability to work in office, conduct field visits, and perform hands-on supervision of installations.
- Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., CAD software, PV design tools) and basic project reporting tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
