We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of software projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Asana and be comfortable coordinating with developers, QA, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. This role requires robust organization, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail.

The person will play an important role in keeping project activities on track, ensuring action items are followed up, and maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in production support coordination and incident management to help manage and coordinate production issues across Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

The primary focus of this role will be to ensure that P0, P1, and P2 production incidents are appropriately prioritized, actively tracked, escalated when required, and driven through to resolution.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple issues simultaneously. Experience with Asana and ticket/incident management tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track P0, P1, and P2 production incidents from identification through resolution.
- Ensure production issues are correctly prioritized based on severity and business impact.
- Act as the primary coordination point between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams during production incidents.
- Ensure the right stakeholders are involved and informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Monitor incident progress, follow up on pending actions, and drive timely resolution.
- Identify situations requiring escalation and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
- Manage multiple production issues simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and follow-ups.
- Track SLAs, incident status, action items, and resolution timelines.




- Coordinate and support root-cause analysis (RCA) with the relevant technical teams.
- Drive post-incident follow-ups and ensure agreed corrective and preventive actions are tracked to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production support reports and dashboards.
- Ensure recurring production issues are properly documented and that relevant runbooks and knowledge documentation are maintained.
- Use Asana and ticket/incident management systems to track tasks, incidents, dependencies, and follow-ups.
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve production support processes.
- Ensure clear and timely communication during incidents and post-incident activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of experience in project coordination, production support coordination, incident management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project/task management tools.
- Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems.
- Good understanding of P0/P1/P2 incident management and prioritization.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to assess issues based on business impact and urgency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and incidents simultaneously.
- Experience tracking SLAs and incident resolution timelines.
- Familiarity with RCA, post-incident reviews, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive follow-ups to closure.

Good to Have

- Experience working with software product/technology teams.
- Basic understanding of software development, QA, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshdesk, PagerDuty, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating or maintaining runbooks and knowledge bases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience coordinating production releases or deployment activities.
