We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager having major experience in Toll

Management Systems (TMS) and Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS) to lead and oversee projects from both Head Office (HO) and on-site locations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects,

requiring a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work seamlessly between the office and project sites.

Responsibilities

 Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.

 Execute project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet project goals.

 Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of project.

 Provide technical guidance and support to team members, both at the HO and on-site.

 Act as the primary point of contact for on-site activities, coordinating with field teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.

 Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.

 Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.





 Address stakeholder concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

 Efficiently allocate resources to ensure project success.

 Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or deviations from the plan.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s in Engineering, BCA, MCA, Msc IT or related field.

 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Management

 Have experience as a Project Manager specifically in Toll Management Systems and/or Advance

Traffic Management System (ATMS) or related work

 Strong track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution and closure.

 Familiarity with toll plaza infrastructure, toll collection systems, electronic tolling, and associated technologies.

 Experience managing in office teams and coordinating activities in diverse environments.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address real time project challenges.

 Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

 Flexibility to work in both office and on-site environments as needed.

 Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
