Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, team coordination, task tracking, and client communication. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings.
- Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.
- Prepare regular project status updates for management.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project progress.
- Identify delays, risks, or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure effective communication between different departments.
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project management activities.




- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination or a similar role.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic understanding of software/web development projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
