Role Description

Single accountable owner for a large multi-year localisation programme for a global medical device manufacturer, spanning human medical translation, machine translation post-editing across 16 language pairs, and a governed machine translation pipeline.





What you will own

- Own end-to-end delivery, service levels and client satisfaction across all three service lines of the programme.
- Chair the operational and management governance forums with the client, and represent White Globe in commercial and quality escalations.
- Hold the programme P&L;: volume utilisation against the annual commitment, capacity planning, and margin protection across language pairs.
- Direct the project management, quality, terminology and engineering functions supporting the programme.
- Own the change order process — identify scope movement early and convert it into a written change order before work commences.
- Ensure ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 obligations are met in practice, not only on paper.

What you need

- 10+ years in localisation or language services, with at least 4 years running programmes above ₹10 crore in annual value.
- Demonstrable ownership of a multi-language programme across 10 or more language pairs.
- Fluency with translation memory economics — match categories, leverage, weighted word counts and how they drive both cost and price.
- Experience operating in a regulated industry where quality failures carry consequences beyond commercial ones.
- Comfort holding a firm line with a client while keeping the relationship intact.

Helpful to have

- Medical device, pharmaceutical or clinical content experience.
- Experience as an authorised operator on a client-owned TMS.
