We're Hiring | Program Manager – Space118 Art Foundation /n Space118 Art Foundation is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Mumbai. /n The role involves working closely with artists, clients, production teams and internal staff, while supporting the research, organisation and execution of Space118's programmes and Fundraiser exhibitions. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Research and support the development of Fundraiser exhibitions

/n

- Manage the day-to-day requirements of the Fundraiser, including coordination with artists, clients and sales-related activities

/n

- Catalogue and document Space118, Space118 Fundraiser, Saloni Doshi Collection and related exhibitions using Artlogic

/n

- Handle daily email correspondence with artists, clients and other stakeholders

/n

- Support social media content creation, mailers and website updates

/n

- Organise and coordinate events, including working with carpenters, painters and other production teams

/n

- Liaise with artists, clients and staff and support day-to-day office administration





/n /n Key Skills: /n /n

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

/n

- Functional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

/n

- Excellent written and spoken English

/n

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

/n

- Solid memory and ability to manage multiple tasks

/n

- An interest in and enthusiasm for organising events and working within the arts

/n /n Experience & Qualifications: /n /n

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

/n

- Prior experience in arts administration, project management, galleries, cultural organisations or related fields would be an advantage
