Job Summary

- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for assigned Infrastructure vendors and solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with vendors, partners, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

- Expand and strengthen the channel ecosystem through partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives.

- Identify and capitalize on current business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within the infrastructure landscape.

- Act as the key liaison between vendors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate pipeline creation and business conversion.

- Manage vendor-led program investments, and business development initiatives to maximize return on investment and business impact.

- Deliver data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement.

Responsibilities

and business development initiatives to maximize ROI.

- Track pipeline, forecasting, business performance, and partner productivity to ensure achievement of business objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to business and vendor partners.

Knowledge, Skills Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, vendor management, channel sales, business development, alliances, or program management.

- Strong understanding of the infrastructure ecosystem, including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center solutions.

- Proven experience in channel development, partner management, and vendor engagement.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.

- Self-driven, result-oriented professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams.
