About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our team remotely from India. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex technical programs that are critical to scaling our AI platform.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Your expertise will help streamline processes, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks, thereby ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, impacting a rapidly growing organization and a global customer base.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess between 4 to 7 years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably within fast-paced technology organizations. A strong technical understanding of software development processes and system architecture is essential.





Candidates should have demonstrated success managing cross-functional engineering programs and working collaboratively with diverse teams including engineering, product, design, QA, and leadership. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills are required to navigate complex projects effectively.

Experience with rapid release cycles, especially weekly or faster, is highly desirable. Additionally, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach, are crucial.

Experience in billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions will be considered a significant plus. Candidates with background in payments, fintech, or owning billing/payment initiatives are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical initiatives.

Your responsibilities include building detailed program plans, defining key milestones, and meticulously tracking execution progress. You will manage dependencies, identify potential risks and blockers, and coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Leading release planning sessions, you will ensure that product deliveries are timely, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives.

Tracking program health through relevant metrics,



you will communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing transparency and actionable insights. You will also identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, enhance efficiency, and increase delivery predictability. Ensuring that project execution remains aligned with business priorities and delivers meaningful customer impact will be a core aspect of your role.
