Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise the daily production/operation of activities of briquetting/pellets plant.
- Manage warehouse operations, inflow/outflow of RM/FGs, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- To ensure and maintain Quality Control for inward & Outward raw materials and finish goods.
- To ensure Quality control and Assurance for Customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the records of daily production on Online Planform.
- Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), WI,



Policy for plant and warehouse operations.
- Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant/Warehouse premises.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 3 - 5 Years in production/Maintenance/Warehouse supervision.
- Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and able to use company preoperatory software.
- Valuable communication and team management abilities.
- Physically fit to handle Manpower, tasks and work in industrial environments.
