We are looking for an experienced Miller / Production Manager to take end-to-end accountability for milling and production operations of a wheat flour mill. The role will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, optimising extraction/yield, controlling production costs and leading the production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for wheat milling and production operations from wheat intake to finished flour and by-products.
- Plan and achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.
- Control wheat cleaning, conditioning, milling, sifting, blending and product recovery.
- Optimise flour extraction, yield, product recovery and milling efficiency.
- Ensure consistent finished-product quality in coordination with QC/QA.
- Monitor production losses, downtime, power consumption and cost per MT.
- Lead and manage production manpower across shifts.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability and minimise breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety,



quality, safety and operational SOPs.
- Analyse production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, quality and cost efficiency.
- Maintain daily production MIS and report performance to management.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Milling Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Grain Technologyor related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in wheat flour milling / grain processing.
- Robust hands-on experience in commercial wheat flour mill operations and production management.
- Experience in automated / large-scale flour mills will be preferred.
