We are hiring an experienced Production Manager for a leading Aerospace / Precision Machining company.

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Position: Production Manager

Industry: Aerospace / Precision Machining

Experience: 15+ years

Working: 5.5 Days | General Shift + Shift Flexibility

CAB Facility: Yes Bagaluru / Mylanahalli side

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in CNC / HMC / VMC machine shop operations
- Experience in precision machining / aerospace components
- Robust knowledge of GD&T;, fixtures, cutting tools, drawings & process plans
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & 5S
- Knowledge of RCA, 5 Why, 8D & Fishbone
- Exposure to AS9100 / Aerospace Quality Standards
- Strong team leadership and production management skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred
- Kannada proficiency is mandatory

Candidate Criteria Candidates who have managed a production pool of 500+ employees can be considered with 10+ years of experience.





Candidates who have managed a production pool of less than 500 employees should have 15+ years of experience.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
