About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to join our Chennai-based recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in US IT staffing, technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, client requirements, and team leadership .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, from sourcing through placement.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Handle requirements across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data/AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, ServiceNow, and other IT technologies .
Screen candidates, conduct technical/behavioral assessments, and coordinate interviews.
