Role Overview

The Manager - Education (Special Education) will support the Head - Education and Senior Manager - Education in managing school co-curricular activities, NIOS-related operations, and the Community Integration Program. The role will involve coordination with teachers, parents/caretakers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of education and co-curricular initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- NIOS Section Management
- Coordinate with parents and relevant stakeholders to address NIOS-related queries and provide timely information.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution during NIOS examinations.
- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of information, documents, and records on the NIOS portal.
- Co-Curricular Activities Community Integration Program




- Plan and coordinate with the Events Committee for co-curricular activities as per the annual calendar.
- Support the planning and execution of Sports Day and Annual Day in coordination with the Senior Manager.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of CAS activities within the school.
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager on class allocation and maintain daily student attendance.
- Coordinate with Managers across sections for planning and execution of the Community Integration Program (CIP).
- Coordinate with the Senior Manager for external events, competitions, and related activities.
- Team Management
- Engage with teachers in planning and coordinating school co-curricular activities.
- Facilitate effective and engaging interactions between co-curricular teachers and parents/caretakers.
- Support teachers and relevant team members in the effective implementation of planned activities.
