We are looking for an organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Project Manager
to oversee projects from planning through successful completion. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with
ClickUp
or similar project management platforms.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously. You will ensure projects remain on track, identify potential risks early, maintain clear communication, and drive teams toward timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Break projects into actionable tasks and assign ownership across relevant teams




- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining execution quality

ClickUp & Project Management
- Use ClickUp to create and maintain projects, tasks, workflows, timelines, dashboards, and documentation
- Ensure project information, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership remain accurate and up to date
- Develop effective project workflows and tracking mechanisms to improve visibility and accountability
- Generate project status reports and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders

Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Conduct regular project check-ins and follow up on pending actions
- Ensure requirements and expectations are clearly communicated across teams
- Facilitate effective collaboration and resolve execution-related
