About the Role

The company is looking for an energetic and target-driven
Telesales Team Lead
to manage telesales team and drive customer conversions and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
telesales/inside sales along with team handling
, and should be comfortable working with sales targets, daily performance tracking and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, leads, conversions and individual team performance.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.




- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing challenging sales.
- Work closely with the marketing/operations team to improve lead conversion.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in
Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling
.
- Proven experience in
handling and managing a telesales team
.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Solid team management and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in
Sportswear, Apparel, Fashion, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Products
will be an advantage.
