Role Description
The HR Recruiter (BFSI/Insurance/HL/LAP) will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for banking, financial services, insurance, home loans, and loan against property roles. This full-time, in office position is based in Mumbai and involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases,



and professional networks. The role includes screening resumes, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and clients. The HR Recruiter will manage offer negotiations, maintain accurate recruitment records, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing regular updates, and meeting defined hiring targets and timelines.
