To be successful as a Platform Engineering, you should have experience with:
- Design and build multi-agent frameworks and multi-step reasoning systems integrated with LLMs.
- Mentor feature engineering teams, define technical roadmaps, drive design and integration patterns, and ensure solid alignment between product delivery and business objectives.
- Develop performant MCPs, data sources, and tool/API integrations within AI-driven workflows.
- Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess agent behaviour, minimise hallucinations, and enforce safety guardrails, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Leverage containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to enable reliable deployment of agentic systems on cloud platforms.
- Strong, production-grade programming expertise in Python.
- Ability to apply new code assisted tools like Claude etc.
- Hands-on experience with any of Agent frameworks such as LangChain/ LangGraph/ AutoGen/ ADK/ and CrewAI.
