Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Life Advisor role with SBI Life Insurance. The Life Advisor will meet potential and existing customers, understand their financial goals and protection needs, explain suitable life insurance solutions, and guide customers throughout the policy journey.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and networking to develop a client base, conducting customer needs analysis, presenting suitable insurance solutions,



assisting with proposal and documentation processes, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The Life Advisor will also provide post-sales service, support policy renewals and servicing, participate in training and development programs, coordinate with the branch team, and work toward achieving individual business goals while maintaining customer trust and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products, savings, protection, and investment concepts.
- Ability to explain insurance products and financial concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Strong skills in relationship building, networking, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and trust.
- Good time management, organizational, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and Englis
