Global Subsidiary Oversight Function (GSOF
- Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks supporting branch and subsidiary entity operations
- Support financial reporting related to international tax filings (income tax, CIT/PIT)
- Provide audit support for statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed
- Maintain and track accounting compliance calendars and deliverables across entities
- Assist with imputed income calculations and related reporting
- Assist with subsidiary/branch management activities spanning accounting, tax, and labor law compliance matters
- Prepare reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation for filings and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on entity-level matters

Required Qualifications
- Education background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in accounting operations, preferably supporting multi-entity or international structures




- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience with Cognos and OnBase
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly agentic AI workflows, and willingness to integrate them into daily work
- Working knowledge of Power BI

Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to statutory reporting, foreign tax filings, or branch accounting
- Understanding of imputed income and perks-related tax reporting
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage recurring compliance deadlines
