Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with global clients, freelancing platforms, and CRM tools, with a solid ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management
: Handle multiple global client accounts simultaneously,



ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of services.
- Escalation Handling
: Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain client trust.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell
: Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and revenue through strategic recommendations.
- Reviews Management
: Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
- Client Retention
: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Global Client Management
: Work with clients across different geographies and time zones.
- Requirement Gathering
: Understand client needs and articulate them clearly to internal teams.
- Coordination
: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Analytical Insight
: Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance client success.
