Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Lead Logistics operations by monitoring and resolving operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow issues across supply chain platforms. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence,



improve process efficiency, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and support continuous improvement through automation and standardization initiatives.

You will be Responsible for:
- Monitoring operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow queues across Lead Logistics platforms to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Investigating and resolving IDOC, Auto Purchase Order (Auto PO), Sales Order, Purchase Order, Supplier Invoice, and workflow-related issues within defined service levels.
- Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring operational and system errors.
- Collaborating with Business, Technology, Product, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
