We are looking for a creative and execution-focused
Content & Influencer Marketing Specialist
to strengthen our content, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives across our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media
- Develop creative content ideas for Instagram and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Create engaging reels, posts, captions, and other digital content.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely content execution.
- Support product and in-house shoots.
- Develop content for websites and marketplace listings, including PDPs and product creatives.




- Create performance-oriented content and ad copies.

Influencer Marketing
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from identification and outreach to execution and reporting.
- Identify relevant Indian and international influencers and creators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creator communities.
- Manage campaign briefs, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Track influencer campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Performance & Brand Marketing
- Work closely with the performance marketing team on creative requirements.
- Develop content concepts focused on engagement, conversions, and brand growth.
- Analyse content and campaign performance to improve future initiatives.
- Support recent product launches through market research, content, and influencer activations.

Community Management
- Manage audience engagement across social media platforms.
