Beyond publishing, we build technology and AI-powered solutions that streamline our workflows and support thousands of students, parents, schools, and educators. No prior industry experience required attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter more than the technologies you already know.
What Youll Do
- Build internal tools, dashboards, and web applications using AI-assisted coding tools
- Develop automations that improve operational efficiency
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Debug, test, and improve existing applications
- Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to build practical solutions
- Experiment with AI coding tools to rapidly prototype new ideas
- Document your work and follow development best practices

Freshers, self-taught developers, and individuals returning to work after a career break are all welcome. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python (or any language), familiarity with AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable, Replit AI, etc.), and a basic understanding of APIs and databases are good to have but not mandatory. Well train you on our development process, coding standards, AI workflows, and product practices.
