Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive sales training programs, including real estate product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management
- Customize training modules to align with company goals and sales strategies
- Identify skill gaps in the sales team and implement strategies to address them
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance sales performance
- Stay updated on the Gurgaon real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Train the team on market insights and effective selling techniques tailored to Gurgaon clientele
- Familiarize the team with CRM tools, sales analytics, and lead management techniques
- Collect feedback on training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments




- Prepare regular reports on team performance and training impact
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to company standards
- Provide constructive feedback on call quality, including communication skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Implement corrective actions and additional coaching based on audit findings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, coaching methodologies, and training tools
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Experience in call quality auditing and providing feedback to enhance performance
