Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and expand the companys presence in the IT industry.

The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, proposal preparation, and closing deals for IT services, software products (CRM, ERP, HRM, and Payroll), and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of CRM platforms, ERP systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Experience handling enterprise accounts and large-value B2B deals.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, discovery meetings, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand customer pain points and position the CRM/ERP platform as a strategic business transformation solution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Travel for enterprise client meetings, presentations,



and relationship management whenever required.
