Spectral Consultants is hiring for Analyst / Senior Analyst – P&L; Reporting – Financial Operations
with a leading global investment and financial services firm.

Hyderabad (Preferred) | Bengaluru | Gurugram

Experience:
1–3 Years

? Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in
P&L; Reporting / P&L; Driver Analysis / Product Control / NAV / FP&A; focused on P&L;
- Hands-on experience in
P&L; and NAV calculation & validation
- Strong understanding of
day-over-day P&L; movements, variance analysis & RCA
- Experience in
fund profitability / financial reporting
- Candidates from
Investment Banking Product Control, Financial Operations, Hedge Funds, Asset Management or Boutique Financial Services
are preferred
- Robust




analytical and communication skills
are mandatory
- Exposure to
SQL, Python or BI/Analytics tools
is an advantage

? Education:
- CA / MBA
– preferably Tier 1 institute,
2024 or 2025 batch
- Candidates with an undergraduate degree + relevant experience should have
CFA Level 2 or FRM
- 2023 or earlier MBA/CA batches will not be considered

Candidates with generic FP&A; experience focused primarily on
budgeting, forecasting or expense analysis
may not be suitable. Strong
P&L; reporting experience and communication skills
are key.
