Job Summary

Summary: Arial Engineering is expanding its HVAC project footprint across Andhra Pradesh. We need experienced Site Coordinators who can independently manage project sites - from material receipts and vendor coordination to client interactions and progress reporting. This role demands someone who has lived on site and keeps teams aligned without constant supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Independently manage HVAC site operations - execution, manpower and material coordination
- Coordinate with Hyderabad head office on procurement, approvals and technical matters
- Oversee material receipts at site - GRN verification, BOQ reconciliation and inventory tracking
- Manage sub-contractors and daily labour productivity with proactive issue reporting
- Liaise directly with client SPOC, PMC and consultant on progress and snag resolution
- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly updates and monthly MIS for management review
- Support testing, commissioning and project handover including as-built documentation
- Comply with Arial Engineerings Health,



Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated task requested by the management.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of hands-on HVAC site execution or coordination experience
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, chilled water, DX, ducting, piping
- Prior experience managing material stores and BOQ reconciliation on site
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision from head office
- Good communication in English and Telugu - mandatory
