Scopely is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Engineer for its Gen AI team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building scalable AI systems for analytics, automation, and in-game experiences.

Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python
- At least 2 years in a senior role with hands-on AI experience
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud-native development in AWS, GCP, or similar
- Hands-on experience using agentic AI in day-to-day development
- Strong background in software engineering best practices
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and SQL/NoSQL data management




- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Strong communicator with ability to influence cross-team decisions

Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for conversational analytics, knowledge bases, QA automation, and in-game intelligent experiences
- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions for real-time systems, automation pipelines, and player-facing features
- Design structured protocols for managing AI model context across diverse applications
- Create autonomous agents for decision-making and dynamic interaction
- Collaborate across disciplines to translate high-level goals into AI-powered capabilities
- Mentor and guide engineers and promote best practices
- Contribute to architectural decisions shaping long-term technical direction
- Present research, insights, and prototypes that influence product vision and accelerate adoption of emerging AI technol
