Job Summary

Were looking for a Technical Account Manager to be the technical point of contact for our merchants and own their experience on xPay. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how products and integrations work, solving technical problems, and working closely with Tech and Product teams to get things done.

Youll work closely with merchants throughout their journey on xPay from troubleshooting integrations and payment issues to identifying recurring problems, driving resolutions internally, and helping merchants get the most out of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own technical queries from merchants end-to-end across email, chat, and calls, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved quickly
- Support merchants with API integrations, payment flows, technical troubleshooting, and product-related issues
- Work closely with Tech, Product, Finance,



and Operations teams to investigate complex issues and drive them to resolution
- Act as the technical voice of the merchant internally, identifying product gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve the merchant experience
- Support merchant onboarding and integration, helping teams understand xPays APIs, payment flows, and product capabilities
- Build technical documentation, integration guides, FAQs, playbooks, and AI-driven workflows to make merchant support more productive and scalable
What Were Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Prior startup experience is a must youve worked in a small team (~30-40 people), are comfortable with ambiguity, and know how to move quickly
