About the Role- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Coordinate onboarding formalities with internal teams




- Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment process
- Experience in sourcing through portals and social media
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of Excel / recruitment trackers
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience
- 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Preferred
- Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environment
